Social Value and Design of the Built Environment, published by the Supply Chain Sustainability School in 2017, defines reasonable adjustments as: ‘A requirement of the Equality Act 2010 is that employers must make ‘reasonable adjustments’ to make sure disabled workers (including contract workers, trainees, apprentices and business partners) aren’t seriously disadvantaged when doing their jobs.’
